Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Update 11.17.2020

Due to the new restrictions put in place by Governor Inslee, Lighthouse has made a couple adjustments to enhance the safety and wellbeing of our members and staff.  We ask for your help in slowing the spread of COVID-19 by adhering to the following guidance and using our remote options whenever possible.

Effective 11/17/2020:

  • Our Fourth Plain branch will remain open 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • New limit of 1 member in the lobby at a time.
  • All loan signings will be completed electronically or by appointment only.
  • Face masks are still required to enter the branch.
    • Please wear your mask appropriately, over your nose and mouth.
    • If you do not wear a mask, we will ask that you leave the building and call us over the phone where we can help you remotely.
  • We will continue our heightened cleaning schedule as we have been doing prior to these new orders.

We have many options for you to continue your banking needs remotely:

Our two micro branches at Open House Ministries and at Bridgeview Resource Center will remain closed until at least the end of the year.

Update 3.23.2020

In times of uncertainty, we know our members have many concerns. Fortunately, the safety and security of your accounts need not be one of them. Your funds at LHCCU continue to be fully insured up to $250,000. No American has ever lost a single penny on their insured accounts in any federally insured CU in the country.  It is important to remember that if you lose your LHCCU debit card, it can be replaced. There is no replacement for cash that is lost or stolen. Using debit cards for payments now is especially important when we all are being asked to practice social distancing. Should you have any financial needs during this difficult period, we are just a keyboard click or phone call away.

Update 3.18.2020

Important Update 3/18/20: We are still OPEN at the Fruit Valley branch, but we have implemented some more changes for your safety and ours. As mentioned before, please do not come to the credit union unless it is necessary.  There are many contact-less options we are happy to assist you with.

If you must come to the branch, we are now asking that you call us for service when you arrive and either wait in your car or wait on a designated line for further instruction.

Again your health and safety are our priority and we are doing our part to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. We are here to serve you.

The health and safety of our members remains our priority. We have been monitoring CDC guidance and will continue to adapt to the constantly changing circumstances regarding COVID-19.

Our plan is to be available for your financial needs. However, we will need to ask for your cooperation as we exercise social distancing. Please only visit a branch when you have no other option. If you are feeling ill or have been within 6 feet of someone who is being tested or has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come into the branch.

We have many contact-less transaction options that are even more convenient than coming into the branch:

Please call us for other contact-less options.

Effective March 17, 2020 our Open House Ministries and Bridgeview Resource Center branches will be closed until further notice.

Our Fruit Valley Branch will be open normal hours, 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday.

We are here to serve you and will update you of any changes. If you have any questions or concerns please call: 360.694.8329.
